For all you die hard PBPers who never miss the event, this year will be the last of its kind at the LaCosta Complex.   As many of you know,  the property has been sold.     The sale was subject to an existing lease which ends after summer 2019.    Live it up one last time at LaCosta’s as we know it.   I plan to attend the zoning board hearing and will report anything I learn about what is planned for the future.
